Challenge

  • The client, a global provider of information and technology services and solutions for large corporations and government agencies, knows choosing the right IT personnel is crucial.
  • The requirement was for a business analyst, but the client was unable to fill this position. When other staffing agencies were incapable of providing candidates that met the requirements and had the necessary skills, the client came to us.

Solution

  • We realized that the client, who came from the Big Four, was looking for a candidate with the same attributes of a Big Four hire, even though this was never verbalized. These attributes included outstanding client presentation skills, incisive deductive reasoning, hands on client facing experience and superb writing skills.
  • Through our rigorous screening process, we were able to produce ideal candidates with Big Four experience and possessing the desired attributes.
  • Because we listened to our client's needs, stated and unstated, we were able to produce candidates possessing the desired attributes.

  • Having so appropriately matched our candidates to our client's requirements, the client not only hired the first consultant that they interviewed, but also seven more to establish an entire team. Our careful and thorough screening process, paired with our ability to understand the needs of our clients, resulted in our placements having longevity, as most of these consultants are now permanent employees.
