• The client, one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world, needed assistance in redesigning one of their major networks in South America.
• The desire was to use a new emerging technology framework (MPLS) to reduce costs and allow for more efficient network traffic management. However, the client did not have time to train their internal Senior Engineering Team on this cutting edge technology (MPLS).
